Terms
The terms for requesting and using a tabard edit.
Policy revision: 26 October 2026. Applies when this version is released.
The service
Tabardization is operated by Secret Castle Games Inc. (British Columbia, Canada). By submitting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit. The privacy policy explains the processing. Examples are demonstrations, not guarantees.
The curated tabard is free. No purchase or account is required.
Each browser guest can have one unfinished free tabard.
Jobs queue directly. A full queue refuses new jobs. A missing answer does not confirm refusal: check the original request before submitting again.
Return in the same browser to recover a free job. Deleting its guest cookie, using private browsing or changing browsers or devices loses that anonymous access; it cannot be restored through an account.
The finished free result and its comparison picture stay available for 24 hours after completion, unless you delete them or finish sooner. Download a wanted result before access expires.
The finished custom result and its comparison picture stay available for 24 hours after completion, unless you delete them or finish sooner. Download a wanted result before access expires.
Custom designs require a confirmed Sparks purchase through SagaForge Arcade. Its window shows the price; its terms govern Sparks and payments.
Rights and permission
You keep your rights in your inputs. You grant us and our necessary service providers permission to receive, process, transform, temporarily store and deliver the inputs and result only to run, protect and support this service. This does not permit selling your pictures, publishing them in a gallery or training models on them.
By submitting, you confirm you may use and edit every picture and design, with any consent needed from identifiable people. No separate owner approval is required. We do not clear copyright, trademark, likeness or other third-party rights for you.
We claim no ownership of your output. You may use it, including commercially, only as your rights and the law allow. AI results may not be copyrightable, exclusive, unique or accurate. You are responsible for their use and any required AI disclosure.
Generative edits
The image editor repaints the picture; it does not replace only masked pixels. Character, pose, surroundings, emblems, text and fine details may change. No exact reproduction or artistic quality is promised.
The tabard is AI-added. The result page and download filename disclose this; the picture carries no embedded label or metadata. A successful job means a result was available, not that its quality, accuracy or rights were certified. Inspect it before use; do not rely on it for consequential factual decisions.
Custom purchases and Sparks
Use a verified Arcade purchase flow while signed in. This site collects no payment details and sells no subscription or storage. A custom purchase pays for one generation, not artistic satisfaction or a permanent library.
Confirming a custom tabard in the Arcade places a hold on its Sparks at the price the window showed; nothing is spent then. This site submits the tabard as soon as the confirmation comes back, and that has to happen within 45 minutes of confirming: if the page was closed first, Submit again before then. The Arcade gives unused Sparks back automatically an hour after you confirm.
A submitted tabard keeps its Sparks held while it is made, and spends them only when the finished tabard is delivered to you. If no tabard comes, the Sparks come back to your Arcade wallet: a job that fails, is cancelled or deleted, or reaches its 24-hour waiting deadline gives its Sparks back, and a hold still tied to a job comes back 30 hours after submission at the latest. One confirmation pays for one tabard, and a spent hold cannot fund a second generation. A confirmation still waiting for the Arcade is not a reason to confirm another.
The tabard’s own page says where its Sparks stand: held, spent or returned. Purchases, wallet balances and payment questions belong to the Arcade. If a tabard’s Sparks look wrong, contact support with the tabard’s reference.
Lawful use
We may refuse or restrict access to protect people, enforce these terms or comply with law. Automated content checks can refuse work; they are not human approval or a guarantee of detecting every harmful picture. Report abuse to support with its address or reference, not unlawful imagery.
- You must be 13 or older, with a parent or guardian’s permission where local law requires it.
- No unlawful material, sexual content involving minors, exploitation, threats or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- No infringement, impersonation, fraud, harassment or disclosure of another person’s private information without permission.
- No bypassing access controls, flooding the queue, interfering with the service or retrieving another visitor’s files.
Availability and legal protections
The service is offered as available. We promise no start time, completion time, uptime, artistic accuracy or permanent storage. Download wanted results before access expires and keep your originals. Ending access requests cleanup, not immediate deletion of every stored copy.
To the extent law permits, the service has no warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides mandatory protections where you live.
We may change, suspend or close the service. Material policy changes are published here with an updated effective date; new submissions use the then-current terms. British Columbia law and applicable Canadian federal law govern, subject to mandatory local rights. Contact support first about a dispute; British Columbia courts have jurisdiction where law permits.
